Each Foe & Dear piece is lovingly handmade to order, production time for your special piece is approximately 4 weeks, unless stated otherwise in the product listing. Production time does not include shipping times.

Foe & Dear will dispatch all orders within 1-2 weeks of the completion date.
Please allow 3-7 business days for CAN delivery. All other international deliveries are approximately 7–14 business days. Delivery time is calculated by adding dispatch time and delivery time.
All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and are insured up to $100. Purchases exceeding $1000 will be shipped using Fedex (overnight service) and require a signature upon delivery for maximum insurance coverage. For service to a PO box, all orders will be shipped with Canada Post. If you prefer another carrier or would like priority shipping, please contact us.
For International Orders: Purchases under $1000 will be shipped as selected at checkout. Purchases exceeding $1000 will be shipped using DHL (International Express) with adult signature required upon delivery for maximum insurance coverage. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
It is your responsibility to make sure your purchase arrives in time for your event. Please plan ahead and allow enough time for delivery. Foe & Dear is not responsible for any items arriving late for your event. Lastly, Foe & Dear cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Foe & Dear accepts major credit cards, and PayPal as methods of payment. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. Custom orders also cannot be cancelled after purchase, but if the item hasn't been shipped, it can be changed (within reason) if Foe & Dear is contacted within a timely manner.
Refunds & Exchanges
Foe & Dear will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase and in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us directly by emailing email@example.com.
No refunds or returns, as each piece is handcrafted just for you, but we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with from our Fine Jewelry, Ready to Ship and Accessories Collections. We are happy to exchange a Ready-To-Ship ring for another product or for a Create Your Own ring (lead times for production are approx 4 weeks). A Create Your Own Ring exchange is on a case-by-case basis. Any exchanges must take place within 30 days of receiving the items, and the items may be exchanged for a different item or size, provided that the original piece is unworn, unused and in its original condition and ring size. A restocking fee will be added for exchanges for RTS and Create Your Own Ring collection pieces. Engraved items are not eligible for an exchange. Customer is responsible for safe return shipping. Foe & Dear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. No refunds, returns or exchanges on custom/bespoke, customized or special order jewelry. Sale items, including items with a discount code applied, are final sale.
Warranty & Repairs
Foe & Dear covers the cost of all manufacturer repairs under normal wear for the first six month after purchase. However, if the ring is noticeably bent, shows improper care, or is damaged in any other manner, we will repair the ring at cost. We will tighten stones free of charge. After the first six months, Foe & Dear will perform repairs for a fee. Please note, that if any jeweller other than Foe & Dear makes alterations or repairs to your jewelry, the Foe & Dear warranty will be voided.
For all repair inquiries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will contact you with shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete. Foe & Dear covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase, as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear by our team. After the first six months, Foe & Dear will perform repairs for a fee. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges.
If you need your Foe & Dear ring resized, please email us for resize pricing and more information. Please note that this service is never covered in the warranty as it is not a repair.
Privacy & Security
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Any of the information we collect from you may be used to help personalize your experience, improve our website and customer service, process transactions with your consent and administer promotional emails (which you can opt-out of at any time.)
